Link4Cooperation sub-granting scheme: contracts signed and trainings organized

The consortium of the project Link4Cooperation continues with the implementation of the sub-granting scheme. After a careful deliberation and with the help of experienced committee, 22 subgrantees and projects were chosen for financing of their activities in the next 6 months’ period. 2 sets of trainings were organized in April and May, in order to prepare the organization for the implementation.

The trainings covered the basic knowledge that an organization needs to know for a successful implementation of their projects. The subgrantees had the opportunity to follow the training sessions on Project Cycle Management, Financial management, Communication and Networking and Procurement and Reporting.

The first 2-day training was organized in Kozarska Dubrica on the 27 and 28 April 2023 for 12 grantees from the municipalities of Prijedor, Kostajnica, NoviGrad, Zavidovici, Maglaj i Zepce.

The second 2- day training was organized in Mostar on the 4 and 5 May 2023 in Mostar for 10 grantees from the municipalities of Mostar, Trebinje, Jablanica, Berkovic and Ravno.

With the support of experienced trainers and the project team, the sub-grantees will build the capacities of their organizations, which, in cooperation with local authorities, will implement their project ideas and strengthen their local communities.

During the trainings, LDA Mostar signed the contracts with the sub-grantees, making them officially ready to start with their activities.
